Log a drink in one tap, watch your true hydration fill up, and see exactly where you stand — on your phone, your watch, and your lock screen.

How It Works
Most water apps just count milliliters. SupaHydrate uses the Beverage Hydration Index (BHI) — published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition (Maughan et al., 2016) — plus USDA nutrition data, to measure hydration the way your body does.
Answer a few questions — body weight, activity level, climate — and SupaHydrate calculates the daily water intake that's right for you. No generic "8 glasses" myths.
Water, coffee, tea, juice, milk, electrolyte and sports drinks, even alcohol. Quick-add buttons, widgets, Apple Watch, or just tell Siri — logging takes two seconds.
Every drink is weighted by its Beverage Hydration Index: water = 1.0, electrolytes = 1.1, coffee = 0.85–0.95. Your Hydration Efficiency score shows how well you're really doing.
Drink water reminders that fit your schedule and back off when you're on track — never nagging, never forgotten.
Caffeine, sugar, sodium, and potassium tracked automatically, with real-time warnings when you approach daily limits.
Streaks, weekly and monthly stats, calendar history, and Apple Health sync keep your hydration habit compounding.
